RELAXATION

Spend time in nature relaxing in the hammock, on a bush walk, reading books, drinking chai with friends or by the pool or in the cosy spa. 

​Our daily routine of morning bush walks, yoga and meditation practice are supported by delicious plant-based meals beautifully prepared and served by our personal retreat chef, Jeevi, in our communal kitchen.

​Imagine how you'll feel as you delight in being served breakfast, lunch and dinner with your new & ol' friends on our hand carved wooden table. Enjoy the tasty wholesome cuisine exquisitely prepared by Jeevi, our professional and personal plant-based food chef. You will have the opportunity to peek in the kitchen and learn how to nourish your body with the energetic elements and fabulous tastes of plant-based food.

​LOCATION & ACCOMODATION:

​The location is an idyllic bush retreat only 90 minutes from Sydney near the tranquil Hawkesbury River. Nestled in a glorious valley by the Yengo Mountains.
​The spacious and modern retreat houses a variety of 6 large and cosy comfy rooms and 3 bathrooms and 2 luxury glamping tents (no longer available). Choose from comfy twin share rooms or luxury glamping. You’ll share with other amazing like-minded women. Limited single rooms.

WHAT TO BRING

Bring comfortable clothes for the warm days and cooler evenings, closed shoes for bush walks, toiletries, and yoga clothes. It's recommended that you bring your own mat & a light blanket if you like and an eye pillow if you have. Group size maximum 14 people.  Spaces are Limited. ​

Daniella Goldberg PhD Medicine

Is the host of YOGARAMA Retreats. As a medical scientist, she teaches the ancient wisdom of yoga aligned with modern science. After a life threatening illness, mostly caused by too much stress, she practiced yoga to nurture herself back to health. Daniella is on a journey to empower others to practice yoga to reduce stress, bring back balance and abundant life whilst having fun! She has an exclusive yoga space in Sydney, by the ocean, surrounded by nature.
